上海财经大学滴水湖高级金融学院（简称“上财滴水湖高金”），坐落于上海临港新片区, 2023年5月正式揭牌成立，是隶属于上海财经大学并采用特殊体制管理的学院。

The Dishui Lake Advanced Finance Institute, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE-DAFI), is located in Shanghai’s Lin-gang Special Area. Officially inaugurated in May 2023, the institute is affiliated with the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and operates under a distinctive management system.

学院全面贯彻新发展理念，以新兴金融为引领，以产业融合为抓手，秉持“弘扬百年商学文化，成为引领新兴金融发展的国际一流金融学院”的愿景，以“汇聚国际一流资源、培育高端金融人才、促进金融知识创造、创新海派金融文化、推动社会经济发展”为使命，旨在助力上海国际金融中心功能全面升级，为中国和全球金融发展贡献智慧与力量。

The institute fully implements new development concepts, taking emerging finance as its core and industrial integration as its focus. With the vision of “inheriting a century-long business culture and becoming a world-class institute leading the development of emerging finance,” its mission is to “gather worthy resources, foster high-end financial talents, promote the creation of financial knowledge, innovate Shanghai-style financial culture, and drive socio-economic development.” The institute is committed to elevating Shanghai into a premier international financial center and to contributing wisdom and solutions to the development of finance in China and worldwide.

学院汇聚全球招聘的顶尖师资团队。他们扎根中国，放眼全球，博学善教，将世界最前沿的学术理论与中国金融与产业实践相融合。学院开设金融硕士（MF）、金融MBA、金融博士（PhD）、高层管理教育（EE）等项目，培养兼具全球视野与家国情怀的高端金融人才、创新者与商界领袖。在人才培养模式上，学院开创性提出“新金融+新产业+新技术”三新融合的育人思路，在国内最早设立ESG金融、跨境金融、和AI金融等培养方向。学院立足金融理论与实践前沿，设立多个研究中心，为政府部门、金融行业和实体经济部门提供政策建议和智力支持，为国家经济发展贡献力量。

SUFE Dishui Lake AIF brings together a top-tier faculty team recruited globally. The institute offers programs such as Master of Finance (MF), Finance MBA, PhD in Finance, and Executive Education (EE), aiming to foster high-caliber financial professionals, innovators, and business leaders who possess both global vision and social responsibility.

The institute has pioneered the “New Finance + New Industries + New Technologies” educational model and was among the first in China to establish specialized tracks for ESG Finance, Cross-border Finance, and AI Finance.
