上海财经大学公共经济管理学院常任教授、博士生导师、滴水湖高级金融学院双聘教授。长期聚焦中国制度情景下的协同治理，研究政府如何通过市场和社会参与来提升公共管理绩效和政策效能。在公共管理国内外顶级和权威期刊如Journal of Policy Analysis and Management, Governance, Public Management Review, International Public Management Journal, Public Policy and Administration, Urban Affairs Review, Public Performance & Management Review, Review of Policy Research，《中国行政管理》《公共行政评论》《复旦公共行政评论》《公共管理与政策评论》等发表论文48篇。英文论文被SSCI/SCI论文引用600余次，谷歌学术被引1000余次，其中两篇论文列为ESI高被引论文。主持三项国家自然科学基金面上和青年项目、国家社科基金重大项目子课题、教育部人文社科、上海哲社、陕西哲社、英国社会科学院国际交流与合作项目等课题10余项。
