To aid in the development of the Shanghai Lingang New Area into a new financial center in Shanghai, in March 2023, the Shanghai Lingang New Area Management Committee, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and Shanghai Lingang Economic Development (Group) Co., Ltd. jointly established the Dushui Lake Advanced Finance Institute of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, based on the model of international first-class business schools.
