Dishui Lake Advanced Finance Institute at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE-DAFI) invites applications for multiple tenure-track assistant/ associate/full professor positions.

Qualifications

·  Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree in finance/economics or a related field, or expect to complete one prior to the start of the appointment.

·  All areas of finance are welcome, with particular interest in fintech, internationalfinance, international trade, and macro-finance.

·  Junior candidates should demonstrate strong research potential.

·  Senior candidates are especially encouraged to apply and should have an established record of excellence in research, teaching, and service.

TheDAFI

The Dishui Lake Advanced Finance Institute (DAFI) was established in March 2023 as a joint initiative of the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE), the Lin-gang Special Area Administration, and the Lin-gang Group. DAFI is committed to becoming a world-class institute for cutting-edge research and education in finance. The institute offers Master’s, MBA, and Ph.D. degree programs.

THE SUFE

Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE), founded in 1917, is the oldest university in China specializing in finance and economics. Renowned as one of the nation’s leading institutions in these fields, SUFE has long enjoyed a strong academic reputation. It was ranked the top university in China for finance, business, and economicsin the 2021 Best Chinese Universities Ranking. Internationally, the 2022–2023 U.S. News & World Report placed SUFE 15th in Asia in Business and Economics.
