On August 22, 2025, the Jetway Navigator - Advanced Thinking Model Construction and Practical Efficiency Enhancement Program (the “Training Program”) was officially launched at Dishui Lake Advanced Finance Institute, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE-DAFI). YE Wenjun, CEO of Jetway Technologies (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (“Jetway Technologies” or the “Company”), and Mr. DU Kuisong, an invited lecturer, attended the opening ceremony of the Training Program (the “Opening Ceremony”). Management backbones of Jetway Technologies participated in the Training Program as participants. The Training Program marked another important practice of SUFE-DAFI leveraging its disciplinary advantages to serve key industries in Lingang New Area and empower the development of local enterprises.
In his opening remarks, CEO YE Wenjun of Jetway Technologies stated that since its establishment and development, the Company had always attached great importance to the cultivation of its management team. The Company entrusted SUFE-DAFI to offer the Training Program, aiming to help managers achieve capability transformation from technical roles to management roles through systematic courses and expert guidance. He encouraged the participants to set aside their positional identities, actively learn, conduct in-depth exchanges, and truly apply what they have learned to practical work.
The Opening Ceremony concluded successfully with a group photo, followed by the launch of the one-day engaging course.
The Training Program was led by management expert DU Kuisong, with courses focusing on two core themes: Role Cognition of Excellent Managers and Four-dimensional Stress and Emotion Management. While helping participants master management methods, the Training Program also enhanced their leadership and comprehensive response capabilities.
Jetway Technologies (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has long been deeply engaged in the field of semiconductor CMP process equipment and is a key enterprise in Lingang New Area.
