Xuanjuan Chen received her bachelor's degree from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 1997, her master's degree from Renmin University of China in 2000, and her Ph.D. from the University of Rhode Island in 2005. She currently serves as the Executive Dean, Professor of Finance (tenured), and Doctoral Supervisor at the Dishui Lake Advanced FinanceInstitute, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE). She has been selected for national high-level talent program. Her previous positions include Vice Dean of the SUFE School of Finance, Director of the SUFE-Lingang Cooperation Office, and Deputy Director of the Finance and Trade Division at the (Shanghai) Lingang Management Committee.
