Professor Wang's research spans corporate finance, corporate governance, executive compensation, and the relationship between financial markets and the real economy. His specific research interests include the role of capital markets in information transmission and resource allocation, corporate governance and incentive mechanisms, corporate investment and financing decisions, and the effects of laws, regulations, and public policies on corporate behavior. His research also extends to emerging areas such as sustainable finance, AI innovation, and data regulation, with a focus on the interactions between financial markets, technological innovation, and the regulatory environment.
